Our guesthouse is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood in the heart of Kobuleti, just a 1-minute walk from the beach. The area is peaceful, perfect for relaxing, yet close to everything: cafés, small shops, bakeries, pharmacies, and local markets are just around the corner. there are many restaurants where people can enjoy with local foods and have fun. You’ll hear the sound of the sea, enjoy clean air, and feel like a local. Public transportation is nearby, and you can easily explore Batumi, Ureki or Mtirala National Park. It’s a safe and cozy environment .
