Property information

The property is located on the first line of the Black Sea coast! Stunning views from the windows of almost every room. ⚡️The room has everything for a comfortable stay.  ⚡️Equipment: Wi-Fi, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, washing machine, air conditioners, TVs, hair dryer, iron, necessary furniture and dishes.

Neighbourhood information

In the very center of Batumi. On the first coastline, 50 meters from the beach, 100 meters from the fitness center, and 200 meters from the casino. Near Lake Ardogan with its musical fountains. Old Batumi is within walking distance. 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. 15 minutes by taxi from the train station. Taxis cost 10-15 lari.
