წამოიყვანეთ მთელი ოჯახი — გასართობად სივრცე ყველას ეყოფა. ბინა - კეთილმოწყობილი. ქალაქის ცენტრიდან 10-12 წუთის დაშორებით. კორპუსის წინ მდებარეობს ლამაზად მოწყობილი პარკი ტრენაჟორებით. 200 მეტრში - ფიტნეს ცენტრი. 100-150 მეტრის რადიუსში მდებარეობს კარფური და სხვა ქსელური მაღაზიები, ბაზარი.
