The way the property interior is designed and maintained can be described like this: really clean, eye pleasing and making you feel at home from the first glance. The property is a two-story building. In 2025 only one room with a dedicated kitchen and bathroom on the second floor is rented. Starting from 2026 two or three rooms on the second floor will be rented and the kitched with 1.5 bathrooms will be shared between those. The host's family lives on the first floor.
Our main focus is customer comfort and experience. We're happy if our guests are happy. Only when our first time guests leave with a mood of choosing us again we consider our goal achieved.
The property is located in about 8-10 minutes walk from the Colchid Fountain and central area with other tourist's attractions. Railway station, city market, cableway, botanic garden, Kutaisi Univercity, several parks are also located in a walk distance. The same time the building is in a quiet surrounding with minor car traffic and little noise around. Our geo-coordinates: ( 42°16'06.1"N 42°42'42.0"E )
