Modern apartments in a new low-rise complex located in the lively tourist village of HANIOTI on the inner side of the Chalkidiki-Kassandra peninsula. Endless sandy beaches washed by the purest Aegean Sea will be waiting for you. Distances, to: 1. Beach line of the sea (free stay with your own towels) - 120 steps; 2. Luxury Beach bars "MOLOS", " AHINOS (7 Sea)", "WHITE" - 200 m.; 3. On the territory of the complex there is its own restaurant "Gia Mas", near it there are national fish taverns and restaurants: "ERODIOS", "BAKALIS" - 50 m.; 4. Chain supermarkets "BAMBINIS", "MASUTIS" - 80 m: 5. Medical service point and pharmacy - 300 m.

Neighbourhood information

The village Hanioti is situated on the first finger of the Halkidiki peninsula - on Kasandra, which is considered the most suitable for tourists because ofthe large number of entertainment (taverns, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, bowling, go-karts, chain supermarkets and shops). Not far from the village (12 km) there are popular sulfur-hydrogen springs "LOUTRA Agia Paraskevi". You can also visit unique places: the Caves of Petralona (40 km), the protected lake with golden carp and turtles of Mavrobara (18 km), the ancient Greek-style town of Afitos (20 km), see the singing fountains at the POMEGRANAT Hotel (35 km), admire the beautiful yachts, branded boutiques in the SANI RESORT and MIRAGIO hotels and much more.
