The apartment is located on the second floor, with a surface of 50m2, has two bedrooms, each about 14m2, with separate terraces. In one room has a two single beds in the other two single beds + 1 couch (stretched 182cm x 110cm) , large wardrobes 150x220cm, kitchen and bathroom with hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, cooker, microwave ... will make you feel like home. Each room has air conditioning, DVD, 32'' TV - USB media player with satellite television, with more than 60 television and radio programs. The apartment is located 60 meters from the sea, 130 m from the beach and 300 meters from the city center. Suitable for comfortable accommodation at 3-4 adults and one to two small children.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and secure . Nea Kallikratia is, otherwisea, small fishing and farming town where a few years ago, was not much foreigners and that was mainly resort for Greeks especially from Salonika who here have a holiday homes. It is interesting that this town "live" throughout the year, even in winter when the vast majority of shops, restaurants and cafes is working normally and not closed as in other tourist places.
