Τα διαμερισματα εχουν θεα το Αιγαιο πελαγος Σκιαθο ,Σκοπελο,απεχουν περιπου 800 μετρα απο τη κεντρικη παραλια του Αγιου Νικολαου ,διπλα της οποιας δεξια και αριστερα υπαρχουν αλλες εφτα πολυ ομορφες και καθαρες παραλιες.Ητοποθεσια συνδυαζει βουνο και θαλασσα μαζι.Υπαρχουν εξαιρετικες ταβερνες ,καφε,πιτσαρια ,μπαρ.Απεχουμε 27 χιλιομετρα απο την Ιστιαια ,100 χιλιομετρα απο τη Χαλκιδα ,160 χιλ,απο την Αθηνα και 45 λεπτα απο τη ΣΚΙΑΘΟ παιρνοντας καραβακι απο το Πευκι που ειναι στα 15 χιλιομετρα απο εμας.Η Τοποθεσια ειναι ιδανικη για οικογενειακες διακοπες για πεζοπορια στο βουνο και στις παραλιες . Ο χωρος των διαμερισματων ειναι απλος ,καθαρος με σεβασμο στο φυσικο περιβαλον.
