Our property is situated on the main beach of kos town. It is known to be a lively area with bars where people enjoy the music. You don't need transport around town as everything is around you. There's a lovely seaview to enjoy.A nice beach bar restaurant 'jacksons' & Italian restaurant 'rustico' just under that you can enjoy your day starting with a nice coffee , breakfast and free sunbeds with alot of facilities as watersports ,pool table ,food, drinks ,live sports and more. At end of the day you can visit our sky bar 'omega' for fine drinks & cigars.

There are alot of things to see on kos island , it all depends on what your reason of coming to kos is. The tree of platanos,castle,asklipieio,museums,few nice villages as zia,xaixoutes,tigaki,mastihari,kardamena,kefalos that has a lovely view of another small island just beside kos. The hot springs with natural hot water in the sea.

The neighbourhood here is one of most busy partys of the island , its on the main beach has alot of restaurants,beach bars,shops...
