Marissa’s Elegant Retreat is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Argostoli, while is just moments away from Rizospaston avenue which leads in the main square, Plateia Valianou, 5minutes away from all the restaurants and bars of the city. Two minutes away from the seafront area of Argostoli’s traditional harbour and many beautiful beaches within a 5 - 10 minute driving distance. Kefalos local theatre is 5 minutes walking. Free public street parking next to the property.
Our spacious studios are 42 and 40 square meters located on the ground floor and have a shared backyard. They are situated within a brand new building constructed in March 2022. They are fully equipped with all the amenities you may need during your stay, such as: TV, AC, washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven. kitchenware, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle. In your private bathroom you will find bathrobe, slippers, towels, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper. Bathroom heating is available as well.
The studios are very close to the super market and local bus stop for the route towards the airport and Markis Gialos bach, Platis Gialos beach.
The apartment complex is in the best area of Argostoli. It is very close to the central square of Vallianou and the well-known cobblestone pedestrian street. Most of Argostoli's shops are located there. Also very close are many restaurants as well as beaches such as the long beach. The visitor can also easily find himself at the Devossetos bridge and walk in the Koutavos wetland. At a very close distance is the monument to fallen Italians of the aqui division.
