Company information

Long-Lasting experience in the hospitality industry. Owner of traditional houses (Old Oia Houses)/ restaurant owner (Lotza-established in 1982). We like to respect our guests' privacy but we are very easily found should they need us.

Property information

This property is half of a Venetian era Captain House. Centrally located in the heart of Oia but protected by an interior courtyard. It has wooden floors, and traditionally built high ceilings. It fits up to 4 persons. Perfect views of the caldera.

Neighbourhood information

Oia is a pedestrian village that once was home to seafaring families. It is a magical place and although now hosts many many visitors each year it still manages to keep its secrets close to its heart for you to discover. Good bus system departing and arriving very regularly.
