Ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα, ευρύχωρο με μία άνετη κρεβατοκάμαρα, σαλονο - κουζίνα. Στο σαλόνι διατίθεται τηλεόραση 50 ιντσών 4Κ smart. Free wi-fi σε όλους τους χώρους του σπιτιού. Η κρεβατοκάμαρα περιέχει ένα υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι με καινούργιο ανατομικό στρώμα. Όλοι οι χώροι του διαμερίσματος είναι κατάλληλοι για ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση.
