Newly, completely renovated 1st floor studio in the heart of Kalamata, in the immediate vicinity of the Central Square and International Dance Center. It has 1 king size bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Modern, well-furnished and fully functional. It is suitable for couples, families with infants, professionals or anyone else who desires relaxation and tranquility.
Hi, I'm Anastasios or Tassos in short. I'm married and alongside my wife, Maria, we look forward to hosting you to our apartment. I was born in Karditsa and I have been living in Patras for the last five years with my wife ,who was born in Kalamata. Having travelled a lot, and having acquired considerable experience being Airbnb hosts and hosting so many lovely people along the way is really something we particularly enjoy. Our focus has always been on offering top-shelf service quality to our guests. We guarantee prompt assistance, a comfortable, relaxing and "home away from home" experience during your stay with high standards of hospitality. We are also using "GroundFloor and 1st Floor Apartments" as our cottage. Since 2019 we have turned it into a for-hire residence hoping to give the opportunity to guests from all over the world to enjoy this magnificent area of Messinia, with all the modern amenities. We are looking forward to being your hosts and make you feel like home.
The apartment is situated just a few steps away from Kalamata’s Central Square. The neighborhood is quite, calm and very safe, great for leisurely strolls among high end boutique’s, popular local café’s, bars, bakeries and swanky restaurants. Stepping outside on the street, you will find yourself within walking distance from some of the most important historical and cultural sites of Kalamata. Kalamata’s Port is at a distance of 1.5 km and “Captain Vassilis Constantakopoulos” International Airport is 10 km away. Kalamata has a service of 6 lines with public buses. City bus stop at 400m. Public Bikes are available for rental The radio taxi area is at 5 minutes. A car is recommended if you would like to explore Messinia.
