A beautiful and small maisonette, located 50m from the seafront, offers a great vacation in a peaceful place. Two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, and kitchen and living room on the ground floor. There is a 25sq.m. veranda with a dinning table and an outdoor ceiling fan for the hot days. There is also a 150sq.m. beautiful and newly made garden.
