Located on a quite area of the beautiful seafront town of Malia in Crete, Villa Kallia & George was built with passion and love by its owners, Assarioti family. The luxurious, traditional architectural design and the unique exterior area, is harmoniously combined with the landscape, resulting in the perfect balance between man and nature.

Neighborhood info

Villa Kallia and George is located by the beach, next to Blue Sea Tavern. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are offered free of charge for the guests of the Villa. Only 15' away (walking distance) from the main road where you can find the main market of Malia as well as stores, supermarkets and night life. Furthermore within a 5' walking distance is the main beach of Malia where you can find plenty of water sports available. There are also many smaller beaches in coves around the area, for those who prefer a more secluded place. Finally in a short distance (about 25') are located the antiquities of Minoan Palace, just right before Potamos beach.
