Villa Situla is a detached vacation rental property located in Barbati, Corfu. Villa Situla can sleep up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool with barbecue and sea views. On the ground floor there is a living room with TV, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is another living room with TV, dining room, kitchen, double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a balcony. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and a balcony. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
