Flaunting a glorious water front position, this luxury self-catering home sits on the popular village of Panormos. As bold as it is beautiful, encompasses modern coastal interiors, a private hot tub, as well as impeccable exteriors leading to the most significant advantage of Wave Villa - a private beach, (with sun beds and umbrellas exclusively at your disposal) making it an idyllic coastal retreat for the young and young at heart. -Air conditioning units serve heating purposes - Pool operates seasonally (end of March - November) Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
 - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
 - Additional Fees | 80euros per day for the first two days and 50euros/day for every additional day of use -Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. 
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. *Please kindly note that the beach profile changes seasonally due to the change in wave energy experienced during summer and winter months. Climate Resilience Fee A 15 euros/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.

Neighbourhood information

Wave Villa is located in Panormo, which is a friendly sea side village, and is within walking distance to its well known sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised. The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices. Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes. Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities.
