P.F. & Comp. D.O.O. is Croatian company operating in hospitality since 2018. We welcome our guest in historic old town of Rovinj offering accomodations in six newly renovated apartments. Since the apartments are located in pedestrian zone, you can leave your vehicle on the public parking located 400 m away. Furthermore for those arriving by plane to Pula airport, we offer transportation service upon request. We will make our best to offer you an extraordinary experience with the aim of making your stay in Rovinj pleasant and unforgettable.

Property information

Apartments Casa de Amicis is a group 6 newly renovated five star apartments located in the heart of old town center of Rovinj. All apartments are located in the same totally restructured and renovated building owned by our company. Our guests benefit from use of exclusive entrance and stairs to reach their accomodation. All apartments have been completely restored in 2020. In order to preserve historical heritage, the original Istrian wood, stone walls and fireplaces have been carefully renovated and conserved. The addition of modern elements are here to meet today’s customer needs. Mediterranean rustic style found in old Istrian houses is mixed with up-to-date furniture and design elements. Refined materials are adding warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Apartments Casa de Amicis are located in pedestrian zone less than 100 meters from town’s main square. The most popular points of interest near the apartments are St. Eufemia Cathedral, St. Francis Church and Monastery, Balbi Arch and Rovinj Port. Restaurants and cafès can be found in the nearest vicinity. In nearby Carera street is located the largest shopping area with numerous shops. Local and fish market is 200 meters far in Valdibora bay. If you are heading to the beach, there are 250 meters to the pier where is departure for island beaches boats. There are just 400 meters to old town Balota Beach on Monte
