Company information

We are Claudia and Dirk from Germany and have 3 children, Jara, Lina and Jack. Claudia is a teacher and Dirk is a civil engineer. Claudia’s family is from Slovenia and this is how we also got to know Croatia. For the last 15 years we have been spending most of our holidays in Croatia and we truly felt in love with this wonderful country, the nature, the food and the people. We love to go sailing but also have a small RIB motorboat which we use for day trips in the vicinity. During the summer season we are living in Villa Lemony so that we can focus on providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Property information

Lemony was build in 2014 but remained unfinished until we bought it in 2017. Since then we have finished the landscaping and thereafter we have built one apartment after another with great attention to detail. The last one was Apartment Claudia which became ready in May 2019. In 2021 we have finished the pool-area, this clearly is the sugarcoating of Villa Lemony. Our aim has always been to choose a fit-out and design that we would like to spend our holidays in ourselves.

Neighbourhood information

Maslinica has a great variety of offers: local shops, taverns, pizzerias, bars, beach bars as well as high-class luxury restaurants. From the apartments you have a stunning seaview over the nearby tiny islands and to the famous heritage castle and marina „Martinis Marchi“. The beach is 130m from the house, a quick 3 mins walk. Here you have a beautiful and very clean pebble beach with crystal clear water and a fantastic sealife. The beach also offers a beach bar and a playground for children, where you can enjoy cocktails and drinks while the children play nearby. The beach cultivates a very special mixture between families and younger singles where everybody respects another.
