Amazing ground floor apartment with open space living room. The place is surrounded with beautiful mediterranean garden planted with olive trees, fig trees and laurel bushes comprising a pool and a great barbecue house. There is a private parking space on site. Located in Šibenik's city centre the place is only couple dozen meters away from the vibrant and fascinating Medieval core full of surprises such as St. Lawrence monastery or St. Jacob's cathedral - UNESCO World Heritage Site. The apartment comprises one bedroom (king size bed - 200x210 cm) and large open space living area with kitchen, dining room and living room. The other bed (queen size - 180x200 cm) is located in the extension of spacious living room space. In addition to this there are also two bathrooms. Direct access to the garden is possible trough kitchen, dining room and living room.

The property is located in the ground floor of a family house in a quiet neighbourhood just outside of the Medieval city walls. The nearest neighbourhood store for shopping basic groceries is less than a minute away on foot while the more equipped supermarket is about 5 minutes away on foot. The parking space is easily accessible from the main road trough the one way street.
