Luxury modern villa Morello Korčula 1, with a heated pool, gym, and sauna, is located in the tranquil village of Žrnovo on the island of Korčula, 3 km from the old town and beaches. The villa boasts a breathtaking designer interior and high-quality furniture.
Žrnovo is situated in the northeastern part of Korčula and it is known for its natural beauty, rural architecture, and rich cuisine, including lamb, goat, fish, and traditional pastries. Enjoy peace, beautiful pebble beaches for all ages, and explore nearby islands like Pelješac, Vis, Mljet, and Biševo.
The villa spans four levels, with a 64m2 heated pool, a well-equipped kitchen with Miele appliances, a comfortable living room, and four air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 8 guests and features eco-friendly solar panels.
On the ground floor, there's a wellness area with a sauna and gym, and a designer kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances. The living room offers Smart TV and Netflix, with stunning views and access to the heated pool. Three luxurious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are also on this level, while the master suite on the top floor includes a walk-in closet and a luxurious en-suite bathroom.
Additional amenities include covered parking, a private garage with an electric car charging station, and concierge services where we can assist you in organizing your arrival, departure, and time according to your wishes to help better organize your stay.
