Large two-story apartment on the 4th floor with a beautiful view of the sea and the town of Novalja. Luxuriously furnished and comfortable to accommodate up to 7 people. The apartment is equipped with 2 air conditioners. Large bedroom and living room with its own tv (Netflix). Only 5 minutes by car from the beach Zrce, 200 meters from the taxi and bus stops, 150 meters from the beach, 300 meters from shops and 500 meters from the city center. Possibility of organizing a taxi service in Novalja as well as to the airports in Zadar and Split.
I welcome all my guests with a cold welcome drink. If you are coming by plane, I can take you with my car for a larger purchase in a shopping center where the prices are more favorable and that way you don't have to carry everything on foot or by taxi. I will direct you to the exchange office that has the best exchange rate and recommend several taxi drivers who have a fair price for transportation. Since I'm in Novalja all the time, if you need any help with tickets to clubs in Zrće, VIP spots, or anything else, feel free to contact me.
A quieter part of Novalja. Beach only 200 meters from the apartment with the possibility of renting a jet ski. Several top restaurants nearby.
