Apartment has a capacity to accommodate 5+2 guests (+2: extendable sofa bed - only for children up to 10 years old), Just 100 meters from the crystal-clear waters of Valkane Beach and the scenic Lungo Mare promenade, that is a beloved place by the locals, this spacious and full of bright daylight, apartment is set in a culturally significant Austro-Hungarian heritage villa, fully renovated in 2024. Spread over three levels, the apartment offers: Ground floor: Entrance and internal stairs. First floor: A bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. Second floor (attic): Two bedrooms (one double, one single), a second living and seating area, a spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a terrace with breathtaking panoramic sea views from east to west – perfect for unforgettable sunsets! The apartment is filled with natural light, fully air-conditioned, includes all essentials: towels, kitchenware, coffee machine, electric barbecue, parasol and more. Wifi is included and available. There’s lots of free public parking in front, and while the building doesn’t yet have an elevator, it is stair-accessible. Though the owners don’t live on-site, assistance is just a phone call away for anything you may need during your stay. With Pula Airport only 15 minutes away, top-notch gastronomy nearby, and attractions like Brijuni National Park and dolphin-watching tours, SEE MY SEA APARTMENT is your perfect coastal escape.
