The apartment is located in the very center of the old town, so you don't need a car to explore it. Newly decorated urban design apartment close to St. Donatus Church and Roman Forum. Speranza is the right place for you where you can enjoy with your family, your friends or if you are in Zadar on business. It's far away from the crowd, but close to everything important. This modern and newly renovated apartment is for 5 people. It is located on the ground floor and has a small terrace. It has two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen with dining area and living room. The apartment is equipped with 3 air conditioning units and Wi - Fi connection. Each room has a TV set and in the living room there is a smart TV. The apartment is equipped with everything a guest needs: hair dryer, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and washing machine.

This position is perfect for a quiet family holiday and for young people because all interesting things are nearby. Neighborhood is quiet. Both the beach and the old town can be reached on foot. Bus station for the airport and the port are a few steps away from the apartment. In front of the building there is parking that is charged.
