Villa Anadi is located in Okrug Donji, 11 km from Trogir (UNESCO protected medieval city), 35 km from Split, built on a Roman imperial palace's foundations. In peaceful scenery surrounded by pine forest and olive trees, only 200 m from the sea and pebble beach, Villa Anadi offer serenity and relaxation to everyone who seeks peace from the busy modern life. Individuals, couples, and families can find a place under the sun next to the pool and children’s playground. They can relax and enjoy under one of the pavilions' shade. Several times a year, we organize a yoga retreat with a certificated teacher for all who seek more of daily life.
I am the owner of this house that is build 40 years ago. Because I am a civil engineer I used my experience, and I renovated house during 2015. Beside my professional job I practice meditation and enjoy in good literature and travel.
The villa is situated in a peaceful surrounding. On the south side are a beautiful view of pine forest and olive groves. On the north is an open view of the sea and the city of Trogir. The beach is just 2000 m far from the house. The village is small but it is possible to buy essential groceries and enjoy some extra time in a local cafe bar or restaurant. For all who prefer an active vacation, there are plenty of forest hikes and bikes trails.
