Our business idea was created through our many years of experience and family tradition in tourism. More to that, we are the second generation in which tourism has become our passion and our commitment. We can proudly say that we were able to take our international experience and implement our unique cooperation with our know-how in the Country of Istria. Villa Zvonar is located in Rakotule, near Karojba and offers an idyllic view of wooded hills with olive groves. A traditional stone house has been lovingly renovated to retain its original charm and tranquility with touches of modern facilities including beautifully fitted ensuite bathrooms, WiFi and under floor heating. The ground floor offers a spacious open plan living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare local recipes. Beamed ceilings, natural stone walls and a cozy fireplace provide a pleasant, inviting rustic atmosphere, while the large picture windows let in plenty of natural light. The three stylishly furnished bedrooms are on the upper floor, two of them with private terraces that serve as ideal quiet corners. The same care and attention has been given to the outdoor area where you will find an eco garden. The extensive lawned garden is adorned with a variety of flowers, including lavender and rosemary shrubs, and surrounds the inviting pool. Real tranquility and unique beauty of this magical region can truly be enjoyed here. The outdoor jacuzzi is at your disposal. Known as a monument town, the stunningly beautiful medieval hill town of Motovun exudes authentic Istrian charm and history spiced with spectacular views over hills covered with vineyards, hamlets and farmhouses, and over the magical Mirna Valley. Traditional local festivities as well as the renowned International Film Festival are hosted here, enlivening this small, tranquil place.
