Ez a stílusos szálláshely tökéletes csoportos utazásokhoz. Közel van a belvároshoz. Csendes kertvárosi utcában van. Két fürdőszobával és egy külön WC-vel. .Az emeleten két szoba king-size ággyal, egy szobában pedig francia ágy található. A földszinti szobában duplaágy és két egy személyes ágy. A tágas közös helyiségben étkező és nappali van berendezve. A konyha teljesen felszerelt, ahol minden megtalálható, amire szükséged lehet a nyaralás során.
Nagyon csendes, forgalommentes környék. Könnyen és gyorsan elérhető a belváros. Buszmegálló 300m távolságra. Vasútállomás 400m. Autópálya 400m. A legközelebbi látványosság a Hősök tere a város liget, állatkert, Szépművészeti múzeum, Műcsarnok, Műjégpálya, Ballon kilátó, Széchenyi fürdő, 4km. A ligetben óriás játszótér, Zene háza, Vajdahunyad vár és rengeteg séta ösvény található. Mivel kertvárosi terület, ingyenes a parkolás. Az M3-as autópálya 400m távolságra van, így nagyon könnyen lehet autóval közlekedni. Buszmegálló 300m távolságra. Vasútállomás 400m.
