9 Sunnyhill Grove is a welcoming three-bedroom semi-detached house located just a 10-minute walk from the heart of Kenmare. Bright and spacious, it is an ideal base for families or groups looking to explore the Wild Atlantic Way and the famous Ring of Kerry. The ground floor features a tastefully furnished lounge with electric fireplace, TV, and comfortable seating. The open-plan kitchen and dining area enjoys a sunny aspect and is fully equipped with modern conveniences including an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and microwave. All necessary utensils and crockery are provided. Upstairs, a spacious landing leads to three bedrooms: one double with ensuite shower room and two twin rooms. A main bathroom with bath and overhead shower completes the first floor. Each bedroom offers ample storage space. Bed linen, towels, and free WiFi are provided. The house also includes secure parking, an enclosed garden, and electric central heating with storage heaters in every room. Please note: a daily electricity charge applies (payable in advance to Dream Ireland). A refundable cash security deposit is required on arrival.
