The Barn is set in an idilyic quiet location away from any roads with views of rolling countryside. It is an ideal place to rest and re-charge your batteries well away from the daily pressures of modern life and work pressures. It is however only 15 minutes drive from the bustling City of Kilkenny with its many attractions and heritage. The Barn has its own private entrance, garden, patio, BBQ and private parking fully enclosed and surrounded by 21 acres of open fields, rescue Donkeys, a walled garden and hens with a supply of daily fresh eggs. You will relax and unwind almost immediately after you arrive.
Simon & Nikki have spent the last 3 years renovating the Barn and the Old Rectory and are on hand to ensure your stay is relaxing and memorable.
Kilmanagh is a quiet village 15 minutes drive from Kilkenny. This part of Co Kilkenny is ideally situated to explore the main attractions of the South East to Ireland. Ballykeeffe Amphitheatre is 3k. Waterford is 60Kms, Dublin is 135kms.
