The Burren Inn is ran by Niamh Baker and her father, Martin Baker who bought the building in late 2021. The building was constructed in the 1820's and is a protected listed building. Renovations began in January 2022 and the pub welcomed it's first visitors in October 2022. After extensive renovations upstairs, we're now opening our doors from March 2023 to visitors from around the world. We have live music every week in the bar, a large outdoor area with views of The Burren and a coffee shop with snacks open during the day. All bedrooms are upstairs and we let the bedrooms individually but can also accommodate groups. 6 bedrooms including: 1 x Two Double beds ensuite 1 x Two Double beds ensuite 1 x Double & Singe ensuite 1 x Single ensuite 2 x Double Bed - share bathroom

The Burren Inn is a newly refurbished country pub in North Clare surrounded by The Burren. We are located 11km from Mullaghmore Burren walks. It is a place of tradition, music and adventure. The vast, karst landscape, created where limestone is dissolved by acidic rain and groundwater, makes it one of Ireland’s most compelling landscapes. When you come to The Burren Inn you will experience what a true Irish pub is like with live music and tales from our locals. Come and enjoy a few refreshments with us! - Breakfast includes: Cereals, tea, coffee and toast for each guest - Self Service breakfast - guests can take milk and orange juice from our fridge - Please let us know if any dietary requirements upon arrival - Kitchen for Guests only in the morning time - to use our kettle and toaster - No cooking in the kitchen - Reception Area for guests only with dedicated workspace - Public bar with great characteristics including traditional Irish fire place and stone walls - Pool room with Sky Sports broadcasting live sport - Beer Garden including grass area for picnics - Large car park with free parking - Rooms are located above the bar, please expect weekend nights to be noisier than usual as we are a local bar for the community - The Burren Inn offers bed and breakfast, the property is not self catering, please avoid bringing food as the kitchen is only accessible in the morning time.
