A Duplex with front balcony where guests can sit and relax under a heater during cold evening. High speed fibre optic broadband. Fully furnished kitchen with all amenities. Washing machine and dryer use available. Bathroom contains bidet if required. The property has a BER B2 rating

Summerseat Green is a neighbourhood in Clonee which has the right balance between quiet and fun. Whether you want to go for a drink, a romantic dinner, fast food or do grocery shopping; it is all within a 10 min walking distance. Other things to note: Blanchardstown shopping centre - 10 mins by car/ 30 mins by bus City Centre - 30 mins by car/ 60 mins by bus
