Walk through the charming gates leading onto the impeccable property of the Molcho Boutiqueas a massive slate waterfall beckons guests into the garden foyer. Budding vineyards climb the walls and painted floor tiles harken back to Tel Aviv's very first traditional structures. Housed in a building originally architected in 1928 and established as a UNESCO World Heritage site under Tel Aviv's White City Modern Movement, the Molcho Boutique is a landmark building that was painstakingly renovated to its current state at the hands of an expert staff who preserved its original architecture, character and detailing. Various hand-picked furniture, decorative items and accoutrements were flown in from Europe and are now housed in the hotel; including handmade wooden shutters from Holland and a marble stairwell. Each room and common area has been given the utmost attention to detail with both the building's history in mind and the convenience of each guest, as well as the surrounding neighborhood, Neve Tzedek.

Neighbourhood information

Often dubbed "The Soho of Tel Aviv," in recent years Neve Tzedek has become a niche enclave for upscale residents and visitors alike – and the area's main thoroughfare, Shabazi Street, home to a smattering of chic restaurants, boutiques and leisurely attractions, is the “it" place to grab a coffee and people watch, indulge in some retail therapy and while away the afternoon traipsing the area's quaint nooks. Towards the west end of the street, the Suzanne Dellal Center holds court, offering a varied range of dance performances, festivals and workshops. Sign up for a Gaga class with celebrated Israeli choreographer Ohad Naharin or book tickets to watch the Batsheva Dance company perform on stage. Other delights in the vicinity include a short walk to Hatachana (“The Station") a renovated old train station-turned-courtyard of eateries and boutiques, and Alma Beach, (just a 10 minute walk from the hotel) a haven for beach-goers seeking a quiet stretch of sand with Jaffa's stunning silhouette as a backdrop to the south.
