The property's prime advantage is its proximity to the Delta 1 Metro station on the Aqua Line of Noida Metro. To learn more about the benefits of our location, please check "about the neighbourhood." Our homestay is situated on the property's third floor, providing guests with complete privacy as it is independent. The entire property is under advanced CCTV camera surveillance to ensure safety. Although we followed basic eco-friendly principles while constructing this property, it is situated in a climatically extreme area. As a result, we had to artificially insulate our home to make it weatherproof. The homestay is fitted with energy-efficient air conditioners and fans. However, additional fees may apply if the air conditioner is used excessively. This property faces the park and has ample parking space for cars. We offer unlimited Wi-Fi to our guests based on fibre optic broadband service.
My name is Dev, and I work as a medical practitioner. I have a great passion for travelling, and I live with my family and parents in a house that my parents recently built. We all enjoy travelling across India and meeting people from different parts of the world, which inspired us to start a homestay on our property. My mother and wife are excellent cooks specialising in preparing North, West, and South Indian cuisines. Our guests have often complimented the quality of our home-cooked food. While our mother tongue is Hindi, we can also converse in English to cater to your comfort. We have lived in different parts of India and experienced this country's multi-cultural fabric. We are excited to host you and learn more about your culture while offering a glimpse of ours.
Our homestay is located in Sector Delta-1, Greater Noida, a gated residential complex adjacent to the Metro network Delta-1 metro station is only a 10-minute walk from our house, and you can even see the metro operations from our terrace. We have two large markets nearby, just a 2-minute walk away, where you can find everything from noodles to cake and delicious north Indian sweets. In case of a health emergency, there is a hospital and a few pharmacies inside the sector. Greater Noida's most prominent landmarks, such as Pari Chowk (3.5 km) and Expo Mart/India Expo Centre (5 km), are directly connected with the metro from our homestay. You can reach these places in 5-10 minutes by cab or three-wheeler. Additionally, Sharda University, Galgotia University, Yatharth Hospital, Kailash Hospital, GIMS Hospital, Wipro, and Jaypee Greens Golf Course are all in close proximity to our homestay.
