ADD-ON SERVICES -Guests can choose to order-in or eat out at nearby restaurants. - A barbeque kit can be provided at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - There is a designated steam room for guests that can be accessed at noo extra charge. - Guests can also make use of the jacuzzi for no extra cost. - Amenities such as a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and bar area can be provided for no additional charge. - Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 for 2 hours. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOUSE RULES & HOME TRUTHS - All male groups are not allowed. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Outside food is allowed. However, utensil cleaning fee applies of Rs. 250, payable directly at the property. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - This is a standalone property. - The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be available at all times. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
