EXCELLENT PROPERTY ON THE BEACH FRONT. THE ROOF TOP IS PRIVATE AND AN EXCEPTIONAL SUN DECK WITH BREATHTAKING VIEW OF THE SEA. THE BALCONY IS LARGE AND GUESTS ENJOY THE SUNSET FROM THERE SIPPING THEIR DRINK OF CHOICE. NEARBY SIGHT SEEING TRIPS ARE ARRANGED ON REQUEST. RESTAURANTS AND EATERIES ARE JUST A SHORT RIDE AWAY OR ON CALL FOR FREE HOME DELIVERY. THE BEACH IS LONG AND CLEAN AND IS IDEAL FOR AN INVIGORATING STROLL OR JOGGING OR SIMPLY LOLLING.
HAS VARIED INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL EXPERIENCE ON ALL CONTINENTS AND HAS STAYED ABROAD FOR LONG STRETCHES IN THE US, UK, JAPAN Etc. HAS INTERESTS IN THE ARTS,SPORTS AND LITERATURE.
The property is right on the beach front. The long stretch of beach is pretty private, since the main entrance to the beach front is 3 Km away.The neighbors are friendly and are used to tourists. There are Ayurvedic rejuvenation centres in close proximity and the city centre is a short distance away. Trips are arranged to nearby places of interest . Kannur uniquely has in season , the theyyam festivals which is an ancient art form traditionally performed by artisans born into the same family. Trips are coordinated for the guests to locations where the theyyams are.
