Kjartan D is a premium host and has a long history of welcoming guests to their temporary Icelandic homes. Birta Rentals is a family business established in 2013 and has been growing steadily since.

Property information

This 180-square-metre house comfortably accommodates 7–8 people. The master bedroom features a 200x200 cm bed, a second bedroom has a 140x200 cm bed with space for an extra bed upon request. The remaining two bedrooms each have 90x200 cm beds. The house is in excellent condition, the living room is bright and spacious with a nice view. The dining area seats up to 16 people. From the living room, you can access a large balcony. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, from where you can access a spacious patio with nice outdoor seating and a garden. A private parking space is also included.

Neighbourhood information

This house is located close to nature, walking distance from Elliðarárdalur, where you find a salmon river and a nice café. Also, walking distance from Nauthólsvík, the local beach and hot pool. Bakery in the neighborhood and playground just outside the house.
