Property info

In the old town, a few steps from the Teatro Rossetti and the city centre. Five wonderful apartments of charm with the exclusive wellness area equipped with whirlpool bath and hammam, all available on reservation and dedicated only to you. The building, equipped with panoramic elevator, composed of ground floor, first and second, was the subject of complete renovation finished in January 2018. The access to the apartments is very reserved, allowed first through the gate, then the door in precious wood and finally access to the armored door Dierre. All accesses, are provided with a touch pad, where you type the password provided at the time of booking. The 5 wonderful apartments, all with independent entrance, are finely furnished, with all the comforts. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, cookware, porcelain and cutlery. The bathroom is equipped with shower, hairdryer, linens and courtesy service. The air conditioning is guaranteed by the independent heating and air-conditioning in all the rooms. The structure is provided with a wonderful Wellness area open 24 hours, with reserved access via the special touch pad where you type the personalized password.

-TEATRO Rossetti at 150 mt. from Rossetti Theatre – is, in order of time compared to the date of foundation ( (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) ), the second public institution of Abruzzo. It comes after the S. Ferdinand of Chieti (later Marrucino) built between 1813 and 1818, and precedes the theatres of L'Aquila (1820), of Lanciano (1841) and of Teramo (1865). Built on the lot of the deleted monastery of St. Spirit, it is inaugurated – albeit incomplete – on May 30, 1819. -Palace of D'avalos at 450 Mt. Once the residence of the marquises of Vasto, until 1806. -The castle CALDORESCO at 450 Mt. (1439) built by the Sienese architect Mariano di Jacopo at the behest of Giacomo Caldora, Feaudatario and Lord of Vasto. -The regional natural reserve of Punta ADERCI is 9 km an oasis of wild and unspoilt nature, which extends for 5 km from the beach of Punta Penna to the south, until the mouth of the river Sinello to the north, established in 1998. -AQUALAND PARK at 4.1 Km
