Maranzana’s Castle is a fine building dating XII-XIII century. The Castle is located in a “strategic” position at the top of the hill where the village of Maranzana lies, so from the windows of the castle you can enjoy an amazing view … no more to spy on approaching enemies … but to admire the hills and orderly rows of vines, thick woods, the green plain, the Alps (Monviso, Cervino, Monte Rosa) and the Apennines! Experience the magic of sleeping in a castle, as knights and ladies of the past. Children can turn somersaults in the grass, chase butterflies, play hide and seek among the flowers, play safely in the large green area while mom and dad relax by the pool or under the shade of the trees light. We propose a simple cuisine , to rediscover the genuine flavors, prepared with our products: vegetables, fruits, eggs and herbs. Rediscover the dishes of the tradition, such as veal with tuna sauce, “agnolotti”, boiled meat, rabbit, “polenta”, “Bagna Cauda”.

Beautiful different trails between Monferrato and Asti Langa, both on foot and by bike, are proposed by our Province and by "Astesana". In just 10 minutes drive you can have a break at the Spa in Acqui Terme and participate in the many activities of this bustling tourist town. Take your children to visit the famous Aquarium of Genoa. “Shopping” lovers can enjoy fashion and luxury of the “Outlet” in Serravalle Scrivia. In an hour drive you can achieve Turin: do not miss the Egyptian Museum, the Venaria Reale, the Film museum, the Automobile Museum, … and why not, the emotion of the new Juventus Stadium!
