Property info

The flat, which has just been modernised, is on the first floor of a two-storey building dating back five centuries. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with two single beds ( possible double bed), an suite bathroom with a bath and a spacious living-room/ dining-room which looks out onto the lovely square where traffic is not allowed; and with a kitchen which is fully equipped. Upstairs, a large master bedroom with a small computer desk. There is also a bathroom with a shower. The internal cavedum is in common with the ground floor studio apartment.

Neighborhood info

We are in the centre of Cernobbio, which is one of the most beautiful and famous towns around lake Como in a maze of little paved streets and closely knit houses. You can walk around these pretty streets admiring the unusual gaps between one building and another, little subways, narrow lanes which lead to an old church by the lake, pretty restaurants and cake shops. You can then follow the “Strettoia” where you will find the most chic and characteristic shops until you come across Villa d’Este, luxurious villa known throughout the world as being the most famous hotel. From the lake , you can get the ferry boat down to Como in no time at all, or in the other direction the wonderful Bellagio on an exciting cruise over the waters of lake Como.
