The apartment is situated in a historic rustic building in the old village (borgo) of Pognana Lario. As Pognana Lario is in the middle of Como and Bellagio it is close to all the beauty Lago Di Como offers. This apartment includes a private garden, multiple terraces and a balcony and is at the Borgo of Pognana Lario. The upper terrace is officially a shared area with the other owners of the building. Since these owners are not active residents of the building, you have this terrace all for yourself. It's an excellent opurtunity to stay and enjoy the real Italia and visit the lake, Como and Bellagio. The house provides you a complete authentic feeling in combination with great lake views! The apartment offers a living room, large kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a garden room and a 2nd bedroom. It is completely equiped and offers everything you need, even wifi and sat tv. The second bedroom is adjoining the garden room and can be reached by the central stairs. There are also 2 sofabeds in the living room. Be aware that the apartment is a few minutes walk off the road, paved slightly uphill and you can not reach the appartment by car
