Ground floor apartment 50 meters from the sea, served by buses a 3-minute walk away which allow you to easily reach both the Ostia pier (just 2km away) and the metro to reach the city center of Rome. Its proximity to the tourist port (500 m) makes it a valid choice for those who want to rest but also enjoy clubs and restaurants of all kinds. Outdoor space with veranda and table. Possibility of air conditioning not included in the price. Just km 7 from the airport. Welcome
