Our house, independent and surrounded by greenery, is composed of a large and bright apartment on the first floor, with a large terrace and a rumpus room on the ground floor which directly overlooks the garden, equipped with table, chairs, umbrella and sunbeds, from which to enjoy the beautiful panorama. Ideal for enjoying your holidays in complete relaxation and privacy with family or friends, it is in a perfect location for lovers of trekking and walking or for those who simply love being outdoors, thanks also to its proximity to the routes of the “Via Mater Dei” and the “Via della Lana e della Seta”, as well as the paths that start directly from the villa. In the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, halfway between Bologna and Florence, just 5 km. from the center of Castiglione dei Pepoli (BO) and 14 km. from Lake Brasimone, in the Regional Park of the Lakes of Suviana and Brasimone.
