On the lower floor, there is the living area, which includes a bright living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The lofted sleeping area, overlooking the living room, features the master bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Enjoy moments of relaxation by sipping a glass of fine Apulian wine and unwinding in the Jacuzzi with gentle water flows caressing your skin. The sleeping area, meticulously detailed, includes a comfortable double bed flanked by LED lamps that create a romantic and relaxing atmosphere. The living area is characterized by a full-height stone wall and offers a direct view of the village street. It includes a kitchen equipped with every comfort such as a dishwasher, oven, fridge, induction hob, and much more. There is a comfortable sofa bed with a reading corner. The table can be opened to accommodate 4 people, also useful as a workspace. Inside the bathrooms, you will find a spacious shower, toilet, bidet, and large, comfortable sinks. The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building, in the heart of the old town, a few steps from the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta and the Port. A gem nestled in a position that guarantees privacy and exclusivity.
