I am a lover of cleanliness and order and for this reason I dedicate myself entirely to the Ashur 163 apartment so that it can always be a welcoming environment and give my clients the same comfort as home.

Property information

Ashur 163 is located in a private residence a few steps from Mondello beach and the Capo Gallo natural marine reserve. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Ashur residence in Mondello and consists of a bedroom, a private bathroom with chromotherapy shower, toilet, sink, towel warmer, phono, air conditioning, LED smart TV, two-door wardrobe , kitchenette with a small table, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave oven. Inside the room there is a Bluetooth audio system that the customer can pair with their device to listen to music. The apartment has a large window overlooking an internal courtyard. The Ashur residence is equipped with a 24/24 hour concierge. Access to the interior of the apartment is with an electronic keypad. Inside the Ashur residence there is a private shared swimming pool and private access to the sea via an exclusive underpass directly from the residence. Right in front of the Ashur entrance there is a bus stop providing the transfer service to the city of Palermo and the historic centre.

The ashur 163 is located in Mondello, a seaside town a few kilometers from Palermo and a favorite destination for the people of Palermo as well as tourists from all over the world looking for a white sandy beach and crystal clear sea. Mondello square is about 5 minutes walk from the Ashur 163 apartment; there are restaurants, shops and bars. In addition to the Mondello beach, you can visit the Capo Gallo Marine Nature Reserve a few steps from the residence, which is a corner of paradise for snorkelling and nature lovers. Right in front of the Ashur entrance there is a bus stop that provides transfers to the historic center of Palermo.
