The B&B is organized in 3 levels, it has new and comfortable rooms, all recently renoveted and with new bathrooms. We also have a nice breakfast room with a communal kitchen, a Lounge area where you can spend some time just watching TV and socializing with our guests, and least but not last we have a nice "Terrazza" at the top of the building with lounge chairs and small tables where you can sit and enjoy the sun or the breeze of Sicily
My name is Maria, but some they call me Laura :-), I'm a warm and genuine sicilian woman who likes to let my guest feel at home. I love to see my guest come into the B&B happy and leave with an even bigger smile because of the expirience with the B&B.
The B&B is located in one of the main roads of the town, very close to the city center (the city old town), and very close to the “Corso”, place with planty of restaurant and a small area to walk. Ispica is in a central location of the south-west of Sicily. It is a great place to access all the main location of the “Val di Noto” and the places of the Montalbano TV series. We are at 8 km from the exit of the Rosolini-Catania Freeway witch makes our area a perfect base to visit the whole south-est of Sicily, and best of all with excellent prices.
