Relax and enjoy total peace in the hills above Verona, in an elegant, reserved and peaceful setting, just a few minutes from the historic city centre. Villa Beatrice is a jewel immersed in greenery and is the ideal place for families with children or groups of friends (up to 10 people) who want calm and contact with nature at a stone's throw from all the services and main attractions of the city. IMPORTANT: a portion of the villa is available to guests NOTES - there is currently one dog present - there is currently a very discreet family living in a separate area of the villa. Part of the garden is shared (but they are hardly ever there), while the outdoor kitchen/bbq area and pool are for your exclusive use - heating is available at an additional cost during the colder months - a washing machine, drying racks, iron and ironing board are provided - the swimming pool is open from 1 April to 30 September and is equipped with parasols and sun loungers - only registered guests are accepted
The portion of the villa (completely independent, with private access) is located just 6 km from the historic centre of Verona, has a one-hectare garden, an elegant and modern swimming pool and a fully equipped kitchen, also outdoors: the perfect solution for spending pleasant days relaxing in the open air with all comforts.
