Podere Ruggeri is an organic farm nestled in the rolling hills just outside Florence, founded on a love for agriculture and a commitment to sustainable ethics. We cultivate olive trees and produce organic extra virgin olive oil. We raise Calvana cattle, Cinta Senese pigs, as well as sheep and goats, from which we create our organic, locally sourced cheeses, cured meats, and meats. Guests and visitors can purchase our wholesome products directly from the farm and, upon request, join guided tours to meet the animals up close, watch the cheese-making process, and enjoy tasting experiences surrounded by the scents and flavors of the Tuscan countryside. Upon request, it is also possible to have lunch or dinner on-site, featuring our own products.
