Property information

Lovely apartment located on the second floor of a Florentine building in the heart of the Oltrarno, a few steps from the Boboli Gardens and Piazza Pitti, with the splendid Palazzo of the same name. With an area of about 70 square meters, the apartment is perfect to accommodate up to five people, offering a cozy family atmosphere. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, both equipped with double beds. One of the rooms also has a single bed. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa and a TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and various amenities (kettle, toaster, moka). Also the house is equipped with washing machine and dishwasher.

Neighbourhood information

The Oltrarno (Florentine also called Diladdarno), is one of the most authentic districts of Florence, located on the left bank of the river Arno. This area is rich in history and culture, with monuments, gardens and unique buildings such as the Pitti Palace, the Basilica of Santo Spirito, the Bardini Garden and the Boboli Gardens. In addition to its historical beauty, the Oltrarno is known for its artisan workshops, where goldsmiths and restorers keep alive the Florentine traditions. The area is also full of bars, restaurants and small clubs that offer a true Florentine experience. In 2017, the famous tourist guide Lonely Planet placed the Oltrarno in the list of the 10 most "cool" neighborhoods in the world, recognizing its unique charm and authenticity that it offers visitors. The apartment is located just outside the ZTL.
