our guest house is an easy and smart solution suitable for a young people, there is no reception and the self check in is active in order to guarantee total autonomy to our guests, although we are not constantly present in the house but we are always available. video surveillance service to ensure safety and peace of mind. Our rooms are located in a small historic house on several levels without a lift, with a lovely private courtyard available for guests. Located in the historic center, a stone's throw from the main tourist attractions of the city, close to public transport stops and easily reachable on foot from the train station which is about 2 km away or by car given the proximity to the paid Goito car park. our guest house offers a small sweet breakfast set up in the pretty attic The structure consists of three bedrooms all with private bathrooms. Each room is equipped with air conditioning / heating with adjustable thermostat, bath sponge set, hairdryer, shower gel, flat screen TV and tea / coffee maker available for guests.

Neighborhood info

The guest house is located in the historic center a few steps away is Piazza Garibaldi, the heart of Parma, from there you can walk to all major tourist attractions such as the Duomo, Baptistery, Teatro Regio, La Pilotta and many other interesting places. Parma has an ideal size to be discovered on foot. . .
