Designed appartment with automation controlled by Alexa. Late check out (if available) Euro 50.00. The apartment is equipped with Mechanical ventilation system that circulates fresh air using ducts and fans, rather than relying on airflow through small holes or cracks in a home’s walls, roof, or windows. Fresh air is drawn in through an air “intake” vent and distributed to many rooms by a fan and duct system. Instead, in the bathroom, Indoor air is continuously exhausted to the outdoors with one fan. The mechanical ventilation have 3 different powers that you can change from a manual control.
It is located in the heart of the city of Bari, a few steps from the central station and the Petruzelli theater, 5 minutes from the Old Town.
