Wonderful two-room apartment located on the first floor of a building in the heart of beautiful Ortigia. Without a lift, the flat features exposed beams and a small balcony overlooking a typical island alley where you can have breakfast. Guests also have free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The solarium, set up during the summer, is about 500 metres away; the Duomo and the Marina are a 5-minute walk away. The area is well served with supermarkets, tobacconists, pubs, restaurants and pizzerias. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen.
